At ARC Fire Safety & Security Ltd, we understand how critical it is to have a reliable emergency lighting system in place to ensure the safety of everyone in your building. Whether it’s a power failure, fire, or other emergencies, having a robust safe lighting system can make all the difference in guiding people to safety. We specialise in providing expert emergency lighting solutions for businesses, schools, hospitals, and other properties in the area.
In an emergency, the ability to see escape routes is crucial to ensuring the safety of building occupants. Emergency lighting provides illumination during power outages, smoke, or other scenarios where regular lighting fails. In Guildford, as in the rest of the UK, it’s a legal requirement for public and commercial buildings to have effective emergency lighting systems. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and BS 5266-1 are just a couple of regulations that require buildings to have sufficient lighting in emergencies.
Without adequate emergency lighting, evacuation routes can be difficult or even impossible to navigate, putting people at risk. That’s why investing in a reliable, compliant, safe lighting system is essential for your property’s safety. Whether you own a retail business, an office, a school, or any other type of property in Guildford, ARC Fire Safety & Security Ltd is here to ensure your emergency lighting is up to standard, offering maximum protection when it counts.
