Nick oversees the entire Service operation from keeping up with legislation to training the engineers and delivering the high standard of customer service the company strives for.

Systems and Service Sales Consultant

Max provides design advice and quotations for fire and security systems. Max also serves as crew on the Selsey Lifeboat.

Field Service Supervisor

Shaun oversees our MOD sites and has a huge experience in working in these challenging environments.

Wayne Thomas

Field Installation Supervisor

Wayne is the resident engineer at Southampton Solent University, and conducts planned maintenance, Installation projects and technical fault finding.

Jamie Ross

Field Installation Supervisor

Jamie is an experienced fire and security installation engineer who brings a great deal of project knowledge. Jamie has progressed to become the Installation Field Supervisor and is responsible for the delivery of all installation projects.

Niki Arghirov

Security Supervisor

Niki provides technical support and training for all security systems designed and installed by ARC.

Nathan Butt

Lead Installation Engineer

Nathan joined the company as a trainee fire engineer, and has already demonstrated a keen ability to learn the technical aspects of fire alarm installation. Nathan has progressed and is now our Lead Installation Engineer.

James Ferris

Lead Service Engineer

James has shown an outstanding attitude to learning his trade, and has now progressed from Apprentice to Lead Service Engineer. This is testament to James’s desire to learn and apply a positive attitude.

Fire and Security Engineer

Ryan has joined ARC with a fantastic knowledge of both Fire and Security systems and can work installing and servicing.

Service Admin Supervisor

Kelly, as Senior Service Administrator works with the Service Manager to oversee the administration aspect of our Service Department. Currently working to integrate the new Uptick management software.

Sales Administrator

Debbie has joined ARC to support the Sales team, and brings a wealth of fire and security industry experience.

Leanne runs the Installation Admin and supports our Installation Supervisor.

Sam is our London based Engineer and due to his application and attitude to learning, has already become a very valued member of the team.

Brendon joined the team in early 2020 and brings a great experience in the installation of fire systems.

Richard brings his many years of experience in the installation of all types of security systems. Richard is great at passing his skills onto the younger engineers.

Elliott has recently started his full Fire & Security Apprenticeship and will be attending Chichester College for one day each week as part of the program.
