Several years ago, we decided to develop and highlight a set of Core Values—not only to serve as a benchmark for how we believe our services should be delivered, but also to guide how we support every member of our team. We wanted this 'promise' to act as both a transparent expression of our brand and a reflection of our unique approach to Service and Solution Management, as well as Client Partnership.
Through a series of workshops, we agreed on five key words and messages. These have since become more than just slogans displayed on our office walls and in our marketing—they have become a living standard, guiding how we support each other, our client-partners, and the company throughout our working day.
While we are rightly proud of our Core Values and how they distinguish us from many of our competitors, what’s even more satisfying is seeing these values demonstrated through our team’s actions.
June 2025 – Core Values in Action
A few weeks ago, towards the end of the working day, we received a series of calls from the remote site of one of our client-partners, requesting urgent assistance from our Service team.
Due to third-party activity, a fire alarm panel on site had been damaged and required immediate attention—unfortunately, at the worst possible time of day. While one of our engineers was making his way to the site through heavy rush hour traffic, another engineer spoke with the site contact to gather as much additional information as possible.
By the time the first engineer arrived, a plan was already in motion.
A second engineer diverted to the ARC offices to collect a replacement fire alarm panel, and a third engineer—who was originally heading home—also diverted to the site. Meanwhile, the client-specific account manager was proactively updating the client throughout the process.
Once the essential repairs were completed and everyone was finally heading home, the engineers updated the account manager, who then passed on the good news to the client.
What stood out most during this entire incident was the way every team member involved—both in the office and in the field—went out of their way, after hours, to support one another, the client, and their site.
It truly was Core Values in Action.
