Survey and Design
The survey of a premises and the subsequent design of a system is perhaps the most important aspect in the process of installing a fire alarm, nurse call system or emergency lighting. A detailed survey of the building, as well as gaining an understanding of how the occupier uses the building is essential.
ARC Fire Safety Ltd put a great emphasis on this aspect of the process, and ensure that adequate time is allowed to ensure all necessary detail is obtained. Surveyors work closely in accordance with the relevant British Standards, and all fire alarm surveyors have obtained at least Part 1 in the B.S. 5839 Part 1 fire design course.
All surveys undertaken for the end users are completed free of charge and obligation, with a full proposal submitted following the survey. The surveyor remains in contact with the client to ensure that the installation of the system is completed to meet the design.
