Swift Response saves Royal visit

A fire system installed by ARC Fire Safety within hours of the enquiry saved the day

This week ARC Fire Safety received a frantic phone call from a contractor explaining that a building on a royal visit itinary the next day was without a working fire system. The client had been informed that without a system in place the royal attendance would not be permitted, and at such short notice the consequences were many.

Despite receiving the first phone call at 11.00am, by 20.00pm the same evening ARC Fire Safety had supplied, programmed, installed and commissioned a full radio fire system to the property, ensuring the royal attendance could still take place.

Operations Director Andrew Meredith personally attended site to co ordinate the project, and even arranged site attendance by an ARC security systems engineer within one hour when an intruder alarm fault was reported during the fire installation.

The client was both amazed and delighted at the speed of ARC Fire Safety's response. Mananging Director Alan Simpson said " We were pleased to assist in this situation. This effort underlines the dedication of the team at ARC Fire Safety to delivering a high quality level of customer service".
