Case Study - EMS Radio Fire Alarm - Burlington Hotel, Isle of Wight
Remit
The client was instructed to update the existing Fire Alarm, however had redecorated some areas and was approaching a busy period.
Action
ARC Fire Safety designed and installed an EMS Radio Fire System to replace existing equipment and protect additional areas. One Radio Control Panel covered the entire hotel. The building was surveyed for radio signal strength before the installation, to ensure a fault free system and the equipment was programmed and tested prior to arriving on site to reduce commissioning time.
Result
The new system was installed and commissioned within five days, working around staff and guest movements. The hotel was full during this period and no business was lost during the installation.
