Case Study - Fire Alarms - Castle Cornet
Remit
The Royal Guernsey Light Infantry Museum within the Castle Cornet complex was being re designed and required a new fire alarm system. Care had to be taken with the design and installation to ensure that the system did not detract in any way from the exhibits and decor.
Action
ARC Fire Safety's Guernsey Technical Manager Steve Bonsall worked closely with the curator on the system design, and to ensure that the installation, including cable routes met with the client's exact requirements. A conventional Precept system was installed using Apollo protocol detection. The system was installed and commissioned within the allotted project schedule.
Result
The client was delighted to have the time and effort put in before the work began on site, which ensured a smooth trouble free installation delivered on time and budget.
