ARC Fire Safety originally traded successfully from the late eighties under the current Managing Director, Alan Simpson. Due to the need for heart surgery, Alan sold the business, and on gaining full fitness and following other successful business ventures, he reformed ARC Fire Safety Ltd in 2002. It is testament to Alan's working ethos of delivering total customer care that some of his original clients, including a local authority immediately placed their fire service contracts with the reformed company.
Since its formation, the company has seen a steady growth in its customer base, and this now includes more local authorities, cathedrals, military establishments, educational authorities, hotels, industrial sites and many more commercial applications.Even in the late eighties, the company embraced the new radio fire technology and were one of the first installers to work with the manufacturers in testing and developing these systems. ARC Fire Safety has now become one of the UK's leading providers of radio fire systems, and is now employed by many other fire alarm companies for its radio expertise.
The entire team at ARC Fire Safety all work towards a common goal of delivering the very best in customer care. The belief is that this is the strongest foundation for any business to be built on and is why the company has a very high customer retention rate. This ethic has resulted in the company attaining accreditation with BAFE SP203and SSAIB for Design, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance.
